Shipping information

Standard UK delivery: Royal Mail 24 £6

UK Orders over £150 postage free.

Worldwide delivery 3-7 days: UPS Express delivery £30

For Overseas customers please contact us first to confirm shipping to your country is acceptable.

 

Due to Covid-19 issues Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL experiencing some delays in delivery.

 

*SHIPPING TO EU AFTER-BREXIT*

We will ship all EU orders DDU (Delivery Duties Unaid), this means that the buyer will cover the additional cost of customs charges and handling fees. All charges are paid for by the buyer at the point of delivery. If however, you experience any issues or extra charges on your order, please contact us via colettesilk@btinternet.com

You will receive your order within 3-12 working days of receipt of payment. Please note that these charges only include delivery; therefore non-UK and non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes. Destination duties and taxes may be due prior to delivery. All deliveries require a signature on delivery. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes, therefore some shared accommodation and apartment buildings will not receive delivery cards as a matter of security. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however, we will try to contact you, in this case, to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Products

All goods are thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to packing to ensure the scarves leave us in perfect condition.  Colette Silk is not responsible for damage to shipments during transport or damages derived from incorrect cleaning.  Colette SIlk is not responsible for damage caused during wear or inappropriate storage or handling.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at colettesilk@btinternet.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

We will email you a postage label for the return your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be refunded also.

Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
